Project background
When we were young, our world was filled with imagination, brave expectations of the future, and limitless dreams. As we mature, however, these treasurable traits often begin to fade, overshadowed by responsibility and the pressures of living up to societal standards. Many of us eventually stop daring to dream — not because we no longer want to, but because survival demands practicality.
This illustration series is deeply personal, inspired by my own experience of hesitation and longing for change. It represents a journey of self-encouragement, an attempt to rekindle bravery and embrace new possibilities despite fear and uncertainty. It reminds us that, even though our time in this world is finite, our potential is infinite. When we lift our gaze toward the sky, we are reminded that our strength and courage have always been there, waiting to guide us forward.

To her surprise, the cloud is actually a gentle flying sheep — warm, soft, and welcoming. The girl feels comforted and safe, eventually falling asleep in its embrace. As she dreams, the sheep carries her into the sky, revealing how vast, beautiful, and full of possibility the world can be. From above, the sheep encourages her to be brave, to step boldly into the unknown future, and to trust that she is not alone.
